SEL and Self-Care Resources for Educators, Schools, and Parents Related to Distance Learning and COVID-19

As the coronavirus leads to school closures, districts are rapidly thinking about ways to continue supporting children's health, well-being, and social-emotional learning during distance learning.

The five core SEL skills outlined by CASEL—self-management, self-awareness, responsible decision-making, social awareness, and relationship skills—are more important than ever.

It's also critical for school leaders, educators, and parents to focus on our own social-emotional well-being as we look to support the social-emotional development of our students during remote learning.

Our team has put together a list of informational resources, articles, and guides to support you in a distance learning environment. Our intention is to continue updating this list as we come across relevant content.
